At SNUG RELIEF, we want you to experience the difference in the comfort of your own home. That’s why every eligible purchase comes with our 30-Night Free Sleep Trial.
If you're not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 30 nights of receiving your order.
Since your body may need time to adapt to a new sleep solution, we kindly recommend trying your pillow for at least 21 nights before initiating a return.
The Sleep Trial applies to products used under normal sleeping conditions and excludes items that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
To ensure fairness for all customers, the Sleep Trial is limited to one product per household.
How to Begin a Return
To start a return, please contact our support team at info@snugrelief.com and provide the following information:
• Your order number
• The email address used to place the order
• A brief explanation of the reason for your return
To help us process your request efficiently, we may ask you to provide photos of the product before a return is approved.
Once your return has been authorized, we will send you detailed instructions for returning your item.
Please note that returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
Unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Return Eligibility Requirements
To qualify for a return under our 30-Night Sleep Trial, the product must meet the following conditions:
• Be returned in a clean and hygienic condition
• Show no signs of intentional damage, misuse, or neglect
• Be free from stains, strong odors, excessive soiling, or significant wear and tear
We reserve the right to decline returns or apply a partial refund if the returned product does not meet these eligibility requirements.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We encourage you to inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If you experience any of the following issues, please contact our support team promptly:
• Your item arrived damaged or defective
• You received an incorrect item
• Your order was not delivered due to a confirmed shipping or delivery issue
To help us review your request, please provide:
• Your order number
• Clear photo or video evidence of the issue
Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, we will provide instructions for a replacement, exchange, or refund, as applicable.
Non-Returnable Situations
To maintain a fair and consistent experience for all customers, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds in the following circumstances:
• Products that have been intentionally damaged, altered, or misused
• Items returned without prior authorization from our support team
• Orders where the correct product was delivered as specified at the time of purchase
• Return requests that do not comply with the terms of our 30-Night Sleep Trial
SNUG RELIEF reserves the right to refuse returns, refunds, or exchanges in cases of suspected misuse, fraudulent activity, or abuse of our return policy.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request.
If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your bank, credit card provider, or payment service. In some cases, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to appear in your account.
Order Changes & Cancellations
To ensure fast delivery, orders begin processing shortly after they are placed.
If you need to update or modify your order details, please contact our support team within 6 hours of placing your order.
While we will do our best to accommodate your request, changes or cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered the processing stage.
